2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped

1 bottle chilled champagne or prosecco

60ml triple sec

60ml fresh lime juice

Melt some dark chocolate and roll the rim of your glass in it, pop you glasses in the fridge to chill.

In a blender, combine the strawberries, triple sec, lime juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth.

Pour the strawberry mixture into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

70ml gin or vodka

15ml dry vermouth
